This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Vision Ljubuški, Kraljice Mira 9, Ljubuški, Bosnia and Herzegovina, trading as Wedulo, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit wedulo.com, create or use an account, purchase Wedding Credits, contact support, or access a Wedulo gallery.

We process personal data under applicable law, including the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, where applicable, GDPR and UK GDPR.

1. Two different privacy roles

Wedulo is a controller for account information, purchase metadata, support correspondence, security logs, and website analytics. For creator-uploaded gallery content, the creator ordinarily decides why and how personal data is processed; the creator is the controller and Wedulo is the processor or service provider. Our Data Processing Addendum applies where required.

2. Personal data we collect

We may process email address, account and authentication information, creator or studio name, settings, purchase and billing metadata, order identifiers, credit packs, amounts, currency, tax and refund status, videos, photos, audio, thumbnails, cover images, names, dates, messages, metadata, IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, request and error logs, gallery access and download events, and support correspondence. For creator-facing gallery Insights, Wedulo stores an anonymous visitor hash and coarse country and device categories; it does not store the visitor IP address in the gallery view event.

Creator media may incidentally reveal sensitive information. Creators are responsible for having the required lawful basis and permissions.

3. Why we use personal data

Where GDPR-style bases apply, we rely on performance of contract, legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, reliability and support, consent for non-essential analytics or marketing where required, and legal obligations. Anonymous gallery view measurement is used to provide the creator-requested Insights feature and protect service reliability; country breakdowns are suppressed for very small groups.

4. Creator Content

We process Creator Content only as reasonably necessary to host, store, transfer, stream, encode, transcode, compress, generate thumbnails, deliver downloads, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service. We do not sell private media, use it for targeted advertising, train generalized AI models with it, or use it in Wedulo marketing without appropriate permission.

5. Share links

An ordinary gallery link can be accessed by anyone who obtains it unless additional access control is enabled. Creators are responsible for sharing links appropriately.

6. Service providers and transfers

We may use cloud hosting, storage, CDN and security, database and authentication, analytics, email, support, fraud-prevention, and professional providers. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for purchases. Personal data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use SCCs, the UK transfer addendum, or another lawful mechanism and supplementary safeguards.

7. Retention

Paid published galleries normally have a 30-day active period followed by a 15-day grace period. The one complimentary gallery has a separate 30-day active period followed by a 7-day grace period. Wedulo may permanently delete media after the applicable period. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, or security logs until ordinary overwrite cycles. Account, purchase, tax, support, and security records may be retained as reasonably necessary or legally required.

8. Security and breaches

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption where supported, logging, least privilege, secure development, backups, and incident response. We will investigate and notify as required by law. For Creator Content, we notify and assist the relevant creator/controller without undue delay as required by the DPA.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. Requests concerning Creator Content may be referred to the relevant creator. Contact support@wedulo.com.

10. Children and marketing

Wedulo is not child-directed. Creators are responsible for permissions for children appearing in media. Essential service messages may be sent where allowed; marketing communications require an appropriate legal basis and include opt-out options.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our Service, processing, or legal obligations change.
