Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Wedulo, including creator accounts, wedding galleries, media hosting and delivery. The Service is operated by Dream Vision Ljubuški, Kraljice Mira 9, Ljubuški, Bosnia and Herzegovina, trading as Wedulo.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and contact support@wedulo.com if your account is compromised.

2. The Service

Wedulo lets creators upload, organize, publish, share, stream, and make wedding media available for download. Features, limits, supported formats, and processing options may vary. Wedulo is a delivery platform, not a permanent archive or backup service; keep independent backups.

3. Wedding Credits

Wedulo may provide one complimentary credit to an eligible new user. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn for fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse. Paid Wedding Credits are prepaid digital entitlements to publish or extend galleries. Purchased credits do not expire while the Service remains available and the account is in good standing. A credit is redeemed when applied to activate, publish, renew, or extend a gallery.

4. Gallery lifecycle

Unless a different offer applies, a paid published gallery has a 30-day active period followed by a 15-day grace period. The one complimentary gallery has a 30-day active period followed by a 7-day grace period. After the applicable grace period, Wedulo may permanently delete the gallery and media without recovery obligation. Download anything you wish to preserve before deletion.

5. Share links

A published gallery is accessible to anyone with its valid unprotected link. Treat a share link like a bearer credential. You are responsible for deciding who receives it.

6. Your Content and permissions

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Wedulo a limited license, for as long as reasonably necessary, to host, store, reproduce, encode, transcode, compress, create thumbnails and derivatives, transmit, display, deliver downloads, back up, secure, support, and provide the Service. You are responsible for copyright, privacy, image, publicity, music, child-safety, and other permissions and lawful bases.

7. Prohibited use and takedowns

Do not violate law or third-party rights, upload malware, impersonate others, harass or exploit people, upload unlawful or non-consensual sexual content, create duplicate accounts for free credits, attack or scrape the Service, or materially harm the infrastructure. We may suspend access, disable galleries, remove content, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary. Credible copyright, privacy, or other rights complaints may result in temporary restriction or removal. Send complaints to support@wedulo.com.

8. Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Wedulo does not store complete payment-card numbers. Refunds and reversals may remove corresponding unused credits and may require reasonable account or gallery restrictions, subject to law.

9. Refunds

The separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Eligible unused paid orders may generally be refunded within 14 calendar days. Redeeming a credit begins digital-service performance and may end the voluntary refund entitlement where permitted by law.

10. Availability and termination

The Service may experience downtime, latency, failed uploads, outages, maintenance, or security incidents. You may request account deletion, which may remove credits and content. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal or security risk, or chargeback issues.

11. Intellectual property and privacy

Wedulo owns or licenses the Service, software, design, branding, and documentation. The Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum apply where relevant. We do not use private customer media to train generalized AI models.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest lawful extent. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of EUR 50 or the amount paid during the preceding 12 months, except for liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina without removing mandatory consumer protections. Disputes are subject to the competent courts for the registered seat of Dream Vision Ljubuški, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
